Can I See History Of User Using My Mobile Hotspot

I know you can view the list of connected device while it's active via: Settings > wireless & networks > more > tethering & portable hotspsot > portable hotspot settings. However, after the client disconnects and/or hotspot turned off, no device/client is listed and i can't find a way to list the logs/history of what device connected and when. Can i see history of user using my mobile hotspot, can i see spy on my phone.
