7 Days To Die Horde Not Spawning

Restarting the game had no effect either. The solution to this problem, atleast mine, was to delete the game and download it again. This is by design per the a18 release notes (click the link and scroll down to 'death loop improvements). In a single player game, the horde zombies despawn after the player dies during a blood moon.
